Plot: Documentary about Jan “Monchi” Gorkow, the singer of the punk band Fine Sahne Fischfilet from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The band is publicly involved against racism, sexism and homophobia, but also against emigration, lack of prospects and reversal frustrations – themes that are all reflected in the music of the band.
